Nugget Low Flow Problems?

Your pump may just need a cleaning. Follow the steps in the video below to clean your pump impeller and intake filter. Low flow usually is a result of the impeller sticking in the pump from gunk buildup.

Another method is to soak the pump (outside of the fountain reservoir) in white vinegar and temporarily activate the pump so that the vinegar flows through it. This will not only help clean the pump from bacteria, but also loosen any material that may have been caught inside. Be sure to rinse thoroughly before placing it back in your fountain!
